Jason’s business and marketing expertise were the driving force behind The Arland Group’s evolution from a “what if” idea into a savvy marketing agency. With prior sales and management experience with publishing titans Pulitzer and Conde Nast, Jason knows new media, old media and everything in between.

Currently, Jason dedicates his time to Arland Sports, a thriving agency dedicated to breaking new ground in the representation of professional baseball players.

Before cofounding The Arland Group, Keith spent seven years in the publishing industry, serving in various editorial and publishing capacities. Now, he is the “go-to-person” at The Arland Group, working closely with all divisions of the company, and as the point person for many clients.

Jonathan sees the world from a different perspective than most of us. He finds art in the simplest things. If you want to see what we're talking about, ask us to email you a photo of his office. Whether he is freehanding a new identity for a Fortune 500 company or photographing an indigenous tribe half way across the world, it's easy to see that his ideas spawn from experience as well as experiencing.

Jonathan has an unparalleled track record of creating award winning design and evocative campaigns in print and electronic platforms. He has worked with some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Cadillac, Sprint, the United States Postal Service, Microsoft and M&M Mars.


Deb Andrychuk

Vice President of Media & Strategy

Deb oversees The Arland Group’s Talent Acquisition Strategies division, developing recruitment strategies for traditional and digital media. Her job is to make our client’s recruitment efforts easier and more effective, whether they are an SMB or Enterprise level account. Before joining The Arland Group, Deb worked at Monster.com. She also wants everyone to know her weaknesses are her dogs and chocolate.

Director of Operations

Erin understands the realities of the publishing industry. Editors are going to be late with copy. Ad reps are going to keep the book open as long as possible. What rattles most people, though, is just another day at the office for Erin, where she manages The Arland Group’s burgeoning custom publishing division. Erin’s skill set is broad, encompassing all aspects of magazine editing, production and design.

Sharon possesses an impressive skill set ranging from writing to selling and all points in between. She develops brands, launches social media campaigns and plays a key role in the Talent Acquisition Strategies division, where she guides client’s hiring strategies.

Ryan is an integral part of the The Arland Group’s creative team, providing a unique perspective to all interactive projects, including animated gifs. His programming expertise means our client’s website code looks just as good as the website’s design.
